From free audit to delivery and support - here’s exactly how the process works.

Start with the free audit. I review your situation and send it within 24 hours.

Choose the package, add-ons, or both, and place the order.

After payment, you receive the brief, full guide and my direct messenger contacts.

Send the brief within 3 days. Your order stays On Hold until I review and approve it.

Once the brief is approved, the delivery period starts. If anything is unclear, I contact you directly.

During delivery, you have 24/7 written access to me via messenger, social media and email.

If revision is included, you review the result after delivery and send your comments. After completion, you receive a guide explaining what was done, how it works and what to do next.

If support is included, the support period starts after completion and revisions.
A few important notes
You work directly with an experienced technical founder and serial entrepreneur — not with a middle layer, account manager or outsourced specialist.
Written communication is the default. No calls by default.
In-person meetings are available in Southport, UK. For package clients, I can also travel within roughly 40 km of Southport when a meeting genuinely helps the work.
Work starts only after the brief is reviewed and approved.
