Frequently asked questions
Do we need a call?
No. Everything is handled online and in writing. That keeps the process faster, clearer, and easy to track. In-person meetings are possible in Southport, or across the North West for package clients.
What do you need from me?
At minimum, I need to understand what you have now and what you want next. That can be an existing business, location, services, website, social pages, store, brand assets, logins, or simply an idea. If you already have links, access, photos, video, graphics, or notes, send them over. If you have very little or even nothing prepared, that’s not a problem — I can work from near-zero input, take the initiative, and build the setup for you end to end. In practice, I mainly need direction and the go-ahead.
When do you start?
Work starts after your brief is submitted and approved. Faster brief = faster start. Until then, the order stays on hold.
What’s included / not included?
Each package includes the exact work shown in its overview and full scope. Anything outside that scope is not included unless added separately through add-ons or moved into a larger package.
What happens after purchase?
Right after purchase, you automatically get the guide, the brief links, and my personal contact details. From there, you can send the brief, assets, and access. I’m available in messengers 24/7 while the project is in active delivery.
What if I don’t have a logo, photos or finished copy?
That’s fine. I can build the structure, visuals, and copy from scratch if needed. For graphics or image-based assets, I can also use AI where it makes sense. For text, I write the core copy manually first, then use AI to refine and polish it. So missing materials do not block the project.
Can you work with my niche or business type?
Yes. My practical experience covers a very wide range of niches - from low-competition markets to highly competitive ones, including white, grey, and black niches. The work is adapted to the business model, audience, and level of competition. If your case is unusual, start with a free audit and I’ll tell you the best route.
